I have a leaf blower that doesn't really idle up much when I pull the trigger. It makes a slightly deeper sound than idle but that's about it. I removed the rubber plug and turned the idle screw all the way up but that made no difference. Carb is cleaned, fuel is fresh, plug is new and correctly gapped, filter is clean and new, throttle cable is functioning as it should. I'm just at a loss of what could be going on right now. Any help is appreciated. Here is a video of the issue.
Try checking the spark arrester screen in the muffler, on in some cases the outlet itself will carbon up and not allow exhaust to exit, and on a 2 cycle if the smoke can't get out the fuel can't get in.
