It only has two bolts on the sides that I already took out. It is stuck on the back of the cover where the is no bolt and I have no idea how to get it off. There doesn't seem to be any kind of hook or latch under it holding it down. I provided a video to better show what's going on. Any ideas?

You must first unsnap the red cover to get to the third screw in the black cover.
Thanks but how do I do that? I was pulling up on it from the back where there are two latch type things but they are in there really good. The only way it seems to get to it is by breaking it and I don't won't to resort to that.
Lift the mower up on your city garbage cans. Gets it nice and high. Look under the cover not on top like you are now. Those big blue city cans make great mower work stations.
