In 2010 I bought a brand new Hustler zero turn. From the very first cut it did not cut clean. During the year the Dealership's excellent mechanic who has at least 40 years of experience, went over it, checking the air pressure, measuring the deck on level ground, changing the spindles and blades and finally putting a new deck on it. There could even be a few things he did that I have forgotten to mention. All this was done over 9 months. Finally, Hustler sent a factory mechanic who spent several hours going over it with no answer. Finally Hustler gave me a brand new 2012 mower that mows just like the first one. It always looks like I've missed mowing a strip of grass and no matter how many times I go over the "missed strip" it looks the same. I've been mowing grass for 56 years and this is driving me crazy. This is a $3500 mower that is not working for me. I'm on a fixed income so I cannot just run out and buy another one. I would appreciate any information on how to fix this. Thanks

Either your going too fast or the grass is really tough, I keep my blade sharp on mine and it still misses some grass. So try slowing down just a little bit, maybe this will help...
