How long does recoil starter rope need to be for a Lawnboy Gold series model 10515

I would get about 7' of #4.5 rope.

I usually tie the pulley knot, install the rope on the pulley and wind until the pulley is full. Then I make the final cut to length, that way. 7' might end up a little long but it's a great place to start, if you're looking for an amount to buy.
