Lawnboy Model #6257 Hevi-Duti decal??

I just bought an old Lawnboy #6257 commercial model and I'm coming up with nothing with web searches so I was hoping the forums could answer a few questions I have about it.
#1.) It's got an orange "Hevi-Duti" decal on the front of the deck. Is this rare? (I've never seen any others with this).
#2.) Did this come with a guard? The deck & shroud are original but I don't see any mounting locations for a guard (???).
#3.) It's currently got replacement white, steel, ball bearing rear wheels but without the zerk fittings. Would the orange wheels w/fittings really make this much more valuable? I'd like to buy a whole set of used orange wheels if anyone's got any.
#4.) How do you install a new Air Vane/Governor spring? aka: How do you get the cotton pickin air Vane off to replace the spring? I've got a new spring and I don't want to break any plastic air vane parts installing it.
#5.) Should the grass block-off plate be black or green?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

You take the carb off then remove the throttle plate with pliers then the vane lifts out.

Forgive me, but what "cab" are you referring to?

My mistake. 609638 is the part number for the spring.
