The town redid all the curbs in my neighborhood and then filled in with topsoil and seeded. After applying the seed, they covered the entire area with a white fabric. Within 2 weeks I had a super thick bed of new grass. No bare spots. Very even and full throughout. My question is, does anyone know what this white fabric is called?
My Dad is trying to grow a new lawn on a sloped area in his yard. I thought this unknown white material would be perfect, not only for germination but also to help keep the rain from washing the seed down the hill.
Ok any input would be appreciated. Thanks
