I was just mowing the lawn when I ran over an unexpected plastic tube. The machine came to a complete stop. Now, for some reason, the handles of the lawn mower seem to have depressed downward, and they're blocking the movement of the blades and the machine won't turn on. I tried pulling the handles up, but only the left side will wiggle but the right side seems to be locked in place. Which is strange, because the right side of the handle is the side that is blocking the blade. What do I do?

I have trouble understanding this. When you look under the deck, is there anything visibly in the way of the blade?
