Lawn Boy / Tecumseh engine oil leak

I have a 7 yr old lawnboy with tecumseh engine. Has been trouble free until last year. I have a major issue with oil blowing all over top deck. Is the head gasket blown or is something else wrong? Im not putting alot of $$$$ into it....rdy for new mower. Just wanted some feedback. Tks

Check too see if the seal on the bottom of the dipstick tube is damaged or missing. Simple $1.50 fix.
