Does anyone have a Owner's Manual for a Model 10302 walk behind? It just puttered out and now I am unable to pull the recoil rope.... wonder what happened, and would like to try to trouble shoot it. Thanks

It sounds like the recoil mechanism is jammed -- that's how I took what he said.

Yeah just wonder what putter out exactly meant in this case. I had a mower "putter out" once, and I couldn't pull the rope either... But it was because in my hurries, I put regular gas in it, and it seized up. (now fixed not to mention).
