Lawn Boy model 10606 belt replacement

I have a Lawn Boy model 10606 that isn't pulling very well. I can see that the belt is frayed and loose and suspect that might be the reason for the problem. I bought a replacement belt and looked up replacement instructions, but the cover for the belt, as shown in the parts diagram, shows a screw that holds it on, but there is no screw in the location it provided on the cover. Anybody else have this problem and can tell me how to remove the belt cover? Thanks for any information.

Thanks Mark, but I've watched all of those videos and none of them show how to replace the belt on my model.
