It's a walk behind, 6.5 hp. Dura Force engine. Gold Pro series. Probably a 90's year unit.
I purchased new. Never loaned out.
It has been used approx. 30 minutes a week. I mix the fuel 32/1.
It starts and runs for approx. 30-60 seconds and dies. When it starts to die, pumping the primer DOESN'T help.
I thought it water in fuel, I have drained the tank, taken the tank off and cleaned it, refueled from a new can with new mix, NOT ANY FUEL I HAD ON HAND. New fuel, and can.
I removed the carb, took the bottom off, checked the needle valve, cleaned it, blew thru the valve port, closed the needle, and it shut off flow.
After it dies, I can prime 6-8 pumps and it will start, but each time it runs for a shorter time.
Help???
Thank You,

I've never had a Duraforce but several people in the Lawn Boy forum have them. You might want to cut and paste this question over there.
I believe there is an issue with those engines running too lean and a member named turfboy1997 seems to have figured this out. Check it out in the LB forum.
