I have had this mower for a couple of years. I really like it as it is so light to push. I think the blade needs sharpening as i get a partial swath of uncut grass on each pass. Also I would like to get a mulching blade because it throws out a lot of grass onto the cut lawn. It is also getting harder to start and seems to take a long time for fuel to get to the engine after refueling.
Obviously need some help.

new spark plug, air filter, adjust valves- post engine make & all numbers.

Check fuel cap to make sure it is venting correctly, clean muffler and inspect exhaust port to make sure it is clear.
Check to see if you see oil around bottom of engine around crank. If so replace bottom seal.
Your F series two cycle doesn't have valves to adjust.
