Does anybody know what rpm this model should run at for the maximum quoted running pressure?
Mine chugs along but the pressure is not up to par.
I can raise the revs using at the governor lever if necessary.
Apparently this information is on microfiche card # 30 - is this available anywhere to view under a different format?

We could use the model and spec numbers to help us out, but without them I’m going to guess you have a model HSK35 engine. If I’m right No Load Top Governed Speed would be between 3300-3450 RPMs. The thing that confuses me is why a SnowKing engine would be on a pressure washer?

It used have a sticker logo on the cowl which I think said vantage 35, it fell off some time ago.
On the side there is a sticker - VAN 148 E6267E also S4077A
It is a vertical engine
Here is a photo of one but not mine but it is more or less the same

I now is theproblem I’m having finding a manual for that engine as it is a Tecumseh engine manufactured for Europe. I’m guessing that it is equivalent to the engine I posted earlier, so unless you can find specs on the European model I would go with the RPMs I posted.

numbers depend on the pump and engine combination. My 1998ish Craftsman / Generac 4hp runs at 3200 RPM loaded and 3550 no load. 1750 PSI 2.0 GPM.

That's useful information in the absense of a manual for my machine
