Lap Bar Getting stiff

My Mower is a 2017 Craftsman Pro Series 54" Zero Turn. ZT-2800 Transaxles.

The right hand Lap Bar is getting fairly hard to move forward and reverse, it swings in & out just fine.

The mower moves forward and backwards & turns just fine, it is just that the right lap bar is getting hard to move! Any of you guys know what the cause might be?

Is there and adjustment that may have worked itself tight? (rather than loose)

If it is anything like the Cub Cadets that I have repaired it is pivot point binding. I had one where even brand one got stiff after a month in the weather. I ended up cleaning the pivot again and applying anti seize compound. He haven;t had any more problems in the last 5 yrs.
