I am a Landscape Superintendent at Spartanburg Housing Authority. We run zero turn mowers that are Toro diesel, and gas. We also have a Husqvarna gas mower. We are currently looking at purchasing a Ventrac 4500 Tractor with a finishing mower, rough cut, and aerator attachments. When I signed up on this it was purely to seek the history of professional owners who have operated a Ventrac. I might be able to shed advise on commercial grade zero turns for Toro's and Husqvarna mowers.
