the front spindles, wheel bushings, tie rods, etc on my LA130 are all pretty worn. is there someplace i can get these parts for cheaper than deere? i see Craftsman Husqvarna parts for dirt cheep on amazon, like this spindle ---> Amazon.com: Original Sears Craftsman Husqvarna Part # 169839 SPINDLE.ASM.RH.15"": Patio, Lawn & Garden . does anyone know if there is some sort of cross reverence on these parts? it appears as if most of these "cheaper" mowers share alot of the same parts.
How old is your unit? If yours is not that old, it may have been manufactured by MTD, which would mean that cheaper parts may be available, without the JD markup. Post the numbers off the ID tag.
rivets, thats exactly what i was talking about. i was not looking for knock off jd parts.... i just figured they shared a chassis with someone else. where can i find this number you are requesting?
If it is not under the seat or on the frame, look behind the left rear wheel. If you have the JD part numbers of the parts you need, I might be able to find you some crosses.
