Kubota zd25 deck will not lower

I have a 2007 zd25 that I removed the deck from to change spindle bearings. I raised the lift arms for clearance to remove the deck, when I reinstalled, the arms will not go back down. pump is running and loads up when I actuate but they will not lower into position to install the pins. any help would be greatly appreciated... grass is growing!

turn the height knob to lowest setting. Then u might still have to use a prize (us rednecks call pry bars "prizes") to prize the links down while holding the lift lever to the "lower" position.
