Does anyone know how the band cord #175 below is used to secure the PTO Stopper #170? I can't figure out what it is intended to hook around besides the stopper. It may be intended as an anti-rattle device as the PTO has several mm of twist. This rattles when blades are engaged. I have replaced spindle bearings and verified idler bearings are good. It appears band cord #175 is just a zip tie.

It is simply a zip tie to secure the PTO wiring.
To stop PTO clutch rattling you need to add a spring between the PTO clutch and the frame. To eliminate to slight movement of the clutch housing against the anti rotation device. Not a factory done item.
