It is not over revving, I just feel that it needs a little more revs while actually cutting grass, I keep going to the throttle lever to make sure that it is not slackening off.
Nothing has been disturbed with the linkage
I can't find any tab to slightly bend to add a little more tension to the governor spring,
Could not find anything in the manual that I had downloaded either.
I am an ex auto mechanic myself by 24 years.
Machine is still under warranty I could bring it back if needed as a last resort.
