Have a Kohler XT 6.5 149cc that won't start unless I close the throttle by hand. I have cleaned the carburetor and air filter, checked the smart choke and checked for spark. Once I get it started, it runs great and will restart, but if I let it sit, it will not without closing the throttle by hand. Any help is greatly appreciated.
