N NoTTD Forum Newbie Sep 16, 2012 #1 Kohler engine on my 10 yr old JD lawn tractor continues to run after key is off. Even if I get off the seat, the kill switch does not stop it. Goes right on idling until I pull the spark plug wire. Any thoughts will appreciated.

L Lawnranger Well-Known Member Sep 16, 2012 #2 Check the kill wire going to the coil for a break in the wire. What have you checked so far?
