Engine looses power after ten to fifteen minutes.

Does it die or just big down? Expand a bit more on "loss of power", and do you have the spec number of the engine? CV493s-xxxx?
Could be valves out of adjustment (unless it has HL's)
Could be the ignition coil failing when it gets hot.
Could be the gas cap not venting properly.

If it has fuel filter installed, be sure gasoline is flowing through it steadily.

I have replaced the carburator, iginition moudle, fuel filter and spark plug. I have a small video of the engine running but can't seem to up load it. At any rate, I am leaning toward a burnt exhaust valve. My nest move is to do a leak down test to see if the valves are leaking.
When the engine is running blue flames are shooting out of the exhaust pipe.
