Take any flammable spray juice. Spray it into the carb throat preferable with choke and throttle plates open.

If it runs for 1-3 seconds then dies, you know you have a fuel delivery issue, good spark and good compression.

good spark and compression so what is the fix

Check the fuel shutoff solenoid at the bottom of the fuel bowl. The pintle is likely stuck or the solenoid has failed. Water is not kind to these solenoids.

Hi ACF,

Yep, I read that. 12V going to it does not mean it is working physically. I've had many that even "click" but would not open properly.

On my own stuff, I just snip off the pintle end and install a manual shutoff fuel valve. But, like I said, that is just my own stuff.

Either the carburetor anti-afterfire solenoid (most likely), or a start/run relay bad. These carburetor solenoids go bad with consistency on customer equipment.

An engine needs 5 things to make it run. Fuel, Air, Ignition, Compression & Timing both ignition and valve. Which one are you missing? From what you're posting, nothing seems to be missing. So why isn't it running? Does it run with the key in the start position then die when you let go? If you could post a video of what it's doing that could be helpful.

The after-fire solenoid is in the bottom center of the carburetor fuel bowl. Often times the connector pins are a poor fit, especially on aftermarket carburetors.

Turn the key on without cranking the engine, a faint click is usually heard at the carburetor if the solenoid is working. If no click, wiggle the wire connection gently and see if it clicks on and off as you move the connector.

Sometimes the female pins can be gently tightened with a small pick tool to correct the problem.

Sometimes it is simple but seems difficult. The KISS (Keep It Simple Silly) principle typically applies.
