Kohler 6.75 hp push mower

Starts and runs fine for about 10 minutes and dies. Will not restart till cools down. New carb and plug / coil still has spark during stoppage. Any advice would be appreciated

Does it sputter and die, like it runs out of fuel, or does it die like you flip a switch?

like a switch. just dies and won't restart
