So long story short I bought a 2003 Craftsman DGT6000 with a 27 HP Kohler Pro. Replaced both head gaskets and rebuilt the carb. Been In the shed for a week and today I went to blow the leaves into a pile and It didn't like it. It will run completely fine just driving around or even sitting still with the blades engaged. But It does not like driving with the blades on. I had the blades on and started off slow and it was ok until I sped up and then the engine just started surging and was gonna die until I turned the choke on.
