Sounds like the carb is leaking fuel in combination with gas in the oil. The gas in the oil is causing an overrich condition. Also check the float to make sure it is not partly full of gas where when the fuel pump is connected is overpowering the needle valve causing excessive fuel to be pumped in.
Thank you for the insight i will go thru the. Carb and shutoff switch and change oil and see how she fairs. You sound like a very intelligent man thanks fOr your time. I will let you know if that was the whole problem. Will that cause a hard start?

If the carb is overfilling can cause a situation similar to hydrolocking.
