Kohler 15 HP engine

My John Deere lawn tractor, LT 155, with a 15 HP Kohler engine has a starting problem after it gets warmed up. After about 10 or 15 minutes of running, and shut down, the engine, I can't restart it because I think the carb floods. After sitting about 15 minutes, it'll start up again. I sprayed the carb with carb cleaner, which did not help. Is this a carb adjustment issue? Thanks. Al

Do you have the afterfire solenoid on the carb. If so, new time it won't start turn the key off and on a few times, and listen for the click of the solenoid. No click, that would be the problem. If it clicks, next remove the spark plug, connect the wire, put the plug again something grounded on the engine, and crank to see if you have spark. No spark, replace module.
