Koehler SV730S

I just replaced the flywheel on Koehler SV730S and now it will not start and does not seem to be firing. Does anyone have any suggestions.

1. Did you install the key?
2. Did you use the correct flywheel?
3. Have you tested for spark?

Why did you replace the flywheel in the first place>
