Anyone have much experience with this powerhead yet? I already have many kombi attachments to leverage. The promise of ditching the two cycle powerhead is great, but I’m wondering why Stihl’s not offering at least the option of an onboard battery in addition to the power socket.
As a homeowner, I’d be more interested in the belt battery vs the backpack. I’m just wondering if the hassle of being tethered to the battery will equal or outweigh the benefits over the two cycle head
I currently have a few AK-series tools as well. They work well for what they are, but for heavier duty jobs I still need to resort to the gas powered kombi. Plus sometimes it’s nice to have two blowers going at once, etc.
