I have a Kawasaki fb 460v-ms14 it has automatic compression release ,how dose that work? right now is smokes a lot does the compression release have anything to do with it blowing a lot of smoke?I got a repair kit valves intake and exhaust, valve guides & rings.How are the new valve guides installed?

Compression release has nothing to do with your problem. This manual should help you with your reassembly.
