Kawasaki missing

I got in a 2017 Ferris walk behind with a Kawasaki FX651V 20.5 hp engine. It is missing on the left cylinder at lower rpms. It has great compression and spark. It will run fine on both cylinders by applying a bit of choke which leads me to believe there's a blockage in the carburetor. In order to remove the carb, the exhaust needs to come off first because the muffler is in the way. At a quick glance, it looks very difficult or maybe impossible to remove the head pipes from the engine without lifting the engine up to gain clearance needed. Has anyone come across this problem and did the carb need to come off or is there something I can do to clear the plugged jet?

Would it be easier to remove the intake manifold to get the carb off, as opposed to removing the engine from the mower to get the muffler off.

Can not remove carb or intake manifold without removing the exhaust system.

Can you get a pic of the carb?
That carb is a Niki 2 barrel and has a few known problems. You will need a rebuild kit. Part no. Is 11028 6317.
