I have a Cub Cadet src 621 with the Kaw. FJ180v-as04 engine that won't start. Mower gradually became harder to start and now won't. Spark tester shows no spark so I suspect bad coil ? If so, how do you remove the oil filler tube so that the gas tank can then be removed in order to access the ignition coil ? Any help would be much appreciated.

Once you remove the oil dipstick, recoil starter and loosen the associated fasteners, the top will come off. The Dip stick tube fits real tight around the top cover so you might need to remove some plastic flashing to get it to slide through the hole.
