B busted bolts Forum Newbie Sep 4, 2010 #2 It is more than just a carb change, The cylinder bore, stroke, piston size, crank shaft are all different. Although they look almost the same like plugs, air cleaner and muffler, there is a reason there is a 19 and a 23hp. Hope this helps
