Kawasaki 18.5hp w/200hrs, engine block cracks advice

I have a Toro turbo force 52inch walk behind. The other day I noticed a dirty spot on the engine and as I looked closer saw what looks like cracks in the engine block. It looks like oil coming out of the seal. For an engine with 200 hours I don’t think there should be any oil coming out the seals. Does anybody have any opinions on those cracks. The mower is still under warranty and I want to jump on this quick. The hydraulic reservoir was leaking and had to take it to them three times to get them to admit it was leaking and fix that.

Being under warranty I would get the oil leak fixed. I don't think those are cracks. They look more like casting slag where the mold didn't get cleaned well. See it on all brands of engines.
