Hello, I have a Westwood T1800, 2005 with tuff torq K46CM trans. The mowers forward drive slows after about 45 minutes operation . Oil level and belt condition are good. Reverse is not affected just forward drive. Allowing the mower to cool for an hour will restore forward drive temporarily. I understand this is a common issue with older K46 units, it’s 20 years old with an unknown service history. My question, is a K46EM unit a suitable substitute for a CM unit. The input controls (forward, reverse, brake) locations look the same. Could some knowledgeable person explain the differences.
Thanks in advance
Steve
