John Deere X495 PTO won't engage

My JD x495 PTO will not engage. I checked the PTO solenoid and it's not getting any juice with the pto switch on, engine running, etc. If i run 12 volts directly to the solenoid the pto kicks on. I've replaced the pto switch, the RIO switch and still no power to the solenoid. I've checked the seat switch and even jumper'd it out, still no power to the solenoid. I've checked the grounds that I know of and the fuses. All are good. Does anyone have a wiring diagram for this mower or suggestions of what may be causing it.

if all the fuses are good and it works when you jump it check both sides of the switch and see if you have power to the switch and out of the switch just cause you replaced it dont mean its good i have seen alot of new bad parts if it have power on both sides then start looking for a broken wire to the clutch check the wires real close good luck
