John Deere SRX75 Electrical Gremlin

Trying to help a friend with her mower. Motor Runs, as soon as I try to engage blade, or move forward or backward engine kills.
I tempoarily jumped the seat safety switch to see if that was a problem. No difference. Battery tests 13.2 to 13.5 with my digital meter.
