Hello
I have a John Deere LX277 lawn mower and just recently I've run into a problem. The blades will not engage when I pull up the switch. Absolutely nothing. We've checked almost all of the connections and cleaned the circuit board but to no avail. Recently we've been having problems with the battery running out of charge quickly. This normally causes the blades to stop engaging, except I will actually hear a sort of hissing sound when this happens. What we do when this happens is charge up the battery and then the blades work fine again. So I charged up the battery fully, but it didn't help this time. In addition, we don't even hear a hissing noise when we pull up the blades in this case.
Any suggestions here??
