The carburetor went bad on my L110 (leaking lots of fuel and smoking) so I replaced it, but now it won't start. The battery, air filter, fuel pump and fuel filter are all good and/or new. Before starting I put some fuel in the air intake and once I turn over the ignition I spray starting fluid in the air intake, which allows the mower to start for approximately 3-5 seconds before stalling. I can smell fuel as if it's flooding so I know some fuel is getting in the ignition, but I'm not getting full combustion, any advice?

*Edit: I also adjusted the idling screw, which made no difference
