The brake lever (orange handle) will not go into the lock position.
Yes the mower will start when I depress the brake/clutch pedal
Yes I can operate the mower as usual
Yes the lawn mower will stall if I get off the seat
How do I get the brake into the lock position so it won't keep stalling when I get off the mower?
