My 7 yr old JD GT242 has been a super great machine, however it has developed a problem and was wondering if anyone knows what is wrong a can I fix it myself.
PROBLEM: When I pull the PTO button to engage the PTO the engine boggs down and stalls, it will also do this if I try to put the transmission in any gear.
Any help?
