finally completed the wiring checks found not broken wires and all safety switches are working properly, got it to turn over, but have a new problem when the key switch gets to the run position the engine try's to start vice waiting till it gets to the start position on the key switch and the starter solenoid continues to push starter shaft up onto the flywheel

any ssuggestion would be great

Could you have the start and run wires on the key switch shorted or reversed? If the wiring is OK, then you may need a new key switch.

Then there a wiring problem. Voltage is being applied to K1 Relay when ignition switch is put in run position. The S2 terminal of the ignition only has voltage on it in the start position. So it sounds like S2 and A terminals wires are switched around. Easily done when you not paying attention or don't know what you are doing when the terminals are remove the connector housing.

This should be the pin out for the switch.

here is a drawing of the john deere factory key switch pin arrangement and the wire color of each wire in them, only have 12 volts on red wire which is the battery, the data for the pins can off of the switch it self that was punched into thee pins as you tell 2 are on not labeled
thanks for the help you guys are great

According to switch labeling you have the wrong switch.

Don't use the Oregon aftermarket switch as it will rust and fail. Simply poor quality.

Then whoever at JD sent you the drawing has no idea of what they are drawing. Wire positions are correct but their terminal labeling is wrong which suggest they are looking at the wrong switch.

I just verified that the Stens 430-128 ohms out correctly here. as a replacement for the TCA22740 per the make break table I posted. So ohm out the current per that table. Also note the Stens doesn't have any labeling on it. Also this switch is the Indak 4A463A switch.

Off position contact only between M and G
On position contact only between B and A
Start position there should contact between B and A and separately S1 and S2.

Here is the full wiring schematic for the 757 Ztrak.
