I have a John Deere 737. The charge light was staying on and battery dying. I changed the voltage regulator but major screw up. I didn’t disconnect the battery first. I started getting a bunch of electrical smoke as I was swapping the voltage regulator out. so hurried and disconnected the battery. Now I get smoke when I attempt to re connect the battery. Crap what have I done? How do I fix this?
