This machine was given to me. Found water in the tank. Cleaned it out, cleaned carburetor bowl, spark plug had crusty carbons on electrode, cleaned. It turned on and works great, but smokes. Oil level is not overfull. I will check to see if spark plug is oily after this first use, to see if oil is getting into cylinder top. Otherwise I think the valves (?) could be bad. I don't think the smoke is caused by the crank case breather (?). Please advise.
