john deer 116, pto does not work if I turn it off then back on after the mower has run for a while.
Also it does not cut very good. Not sure if these 2 are related or not.

Check voltage going to the PTO and make sure it's getting proper voltage. Double check that the ground connection is not loose or corroded. How is it not cutting very good ( i.e. uneven cut)?
