JD GX70/75 wiring issue

Fellow Members, I have a GX70 mower I acquired used but someone decided to remove the key and unplug the harness at several spots. I thing I have the seat, PTO and safety neutral for the blade taken care of but the key harness has 2 wire plugs that I don't know where they go because the key is missing. My mower is a manual pull start with no electric starter, do I even need the key? Does anyone know where these wires go or have a schematic? I have downloaded the service manual but it only has the schematic for a mower with a starter. Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks! Eddie
