I have a 98 36” jd walk behind with a sulky. When ever I’m riding it the handles seem to want to move up and down. I have adjusted everything per jd manual. But it keeps doing it. It also causes me to loose control if I’m mowing sideways on a hill. Anyone know what might be the issue?
