Ok any help would be appreciated. After trouble shooting every area for a engine that ran uneven I finally decided to tear down the carb and clean it. After reassembly it wont start! The plug is dry like its not getting gas. The mower only has 80 hrs on it. Any advise would be appreciated!

Are you certain you re-assembled the carb correctly? An easy mistake to make is to install the float bowl backwards - this will keep the float from allowing the needle valve to open completely. Make sure the flat side of the float bowl is on the same side as the hinge pin for the float.

Also, how did you confirm that you're not getting fuel? Ideally, the spark is igniting all the fuel and it wouldn't normally appear to be wet. The best way to check would be to disconnect the spark plug wire, turn the engine over a few times, and then pull the plug to see if it's wet.

Did you make sure carb anti-antifire solenoid was hooked back up and is working? I'm guessing fuel pump works, if so then float valve needle may be stuck. You could try tapping outside of carb bowl with the handle of a screwdriver, sometimes this works but not always. If it doesn't then back into the carb you must go.
