I have a JD 320 riding mower that doesn't have any power at full throttle. I have removed and cleaned the carborator and replaced all gaskets. I have looked for any missing and govenor springs. The govenor has a lot of "bounce" to it. What I mean is that it will not stabilize. If I hold the govenor back, far as it will go to the left, it runs like normal. But if I let go of the govenor it starts it all again. Got any ideas?
When you move your throttle control cable does the governor control arm move? The control cable may have move and is not pulling the governor and throttle open.
