Jacobsen HR 5511, shut it off, won't restart. Nothing... no lights, meters, clicking, nothing. Possible interlock problem? Tried to jump it... nothing.

Did you check the fuses. A blown fuse will cause those symptoms.

When that happens to me, it is because the mower blades are still engaged. I just push down the button and it will start.
